In March 2020, 10T waste tyre pyrolysis machine and 5T tyres oil to diesel recycling plant ordered by Colombian customer were successfully installed. The following are the detailed pictures of the installation process.

10T waste tyre pyrolysis machine was mainly used to deal with waste tyres, which can deal with 10 tons of waste tyres every day. Colombian customer can obtain 4 tons of tyre pyrolysis oil from the pyrolysis machine every day. Then tyre pyrolysis oil will be converted into diesel by tyres oil to diesel recycling plant.

With these two devices, waste tyres are converted into precious oil. This way not only disposed of waste tyres but also provided new energy. Such pyrolysis projects have become increasingly popular with investors.
