The flash explosion phenomenon of waste tire pyrolysis process is mostly caused by two reasons: first, the waste tires in the pyrolysis reactor are not pyrolyzed into oil gas completely, which leads to friction and fire in the pyrolysis reactor, and the waste tire pyrolysis suddenly flashes. Second, the temperature of the pyrolysis reactor did not cool to an appropriate temperature, and the high-temperature oil gas remaining in the pyrolysis reactor would collide with oxygen, resulting in a flash explosion phenomenon.
