1. Pyrolysis Oil Production:

The pyrolysis oil, depending on its raw materials, mainly includes tire oil(TPO), plastic oil, rubber oil, etc., is extracted from waste rubber tyre or waste plastic pyrolysis plant. This process involves heating waste tires, waste plastic products and rubber materials to high temperatures under oxygen-free or low-oxygen conditions to decompose them into a variety of chemical substances. The end product of pyrolysis plant is fuel oil, carbon black, and oil gas.

The dedusting and exhaust gas purification system will deal with the waste gas perfectly, just little energy is required to heat the energy, the oil gas which cannot be condensed will be recycled back to heat pyrolysis reactor. 2. Pyrolysis Oil Application:

By direct combustion in a boiler or furnace, pyrolysis oil can be used to produce heat.
