Pyrolysis Plant FAQ /Technology
Plastic pyrolysis is a chemical reaction of thermo chemical decomposition of organic material at elevated temperature in the absence of oxygen (or any halogen). In the reactor the waste plastic is softened after which the plastic polymers break down into smaller molecules. These smaller molecules vaporize and exit from the reactor. Then these vapors can be condensed into liquid fuel oil .The final product of the plastic pyrolysis is fuel oil, carbon black and oil gas. When the process operates well, the process is clean and with nearly no emission or waste.
For the plastic pyrolysis, the oil yield differs according to different materials. The plastic pyrolysis is of great beneficial to the environment and human health. It is mainly used to convert the waste plastic to fuel.
