Pyrolysis tyre recycling plant product introduction
The tyre pyrolysis recycling plant is beneficial to the environment:
1. Feed the raw material into the reactor, close the door of the reactor. Then heat the reactor with fuel, when the temperature reached about 180 degree Celsius, the oil gas will come out. Make the reactor will rotate at 0.4r/min.
The oil gas goes through the cooling pipe, in the condenser the oil gas will be condensed into oil gas. The liquid oil will be collected in the oil tank. The oil gas which cannot be condensed will be recycled back to heat reactor instead of the fuel raw material. The natural gas or coal will be used to heat the reactor only in the first 2 hours once the machine is running the reactor will be heated with its own oil gas. After pyrolysis, all the oil gas come out from reactor when the remperatyre falls down the temperature will fall down. Then make it rotate anticlockwise, carbon black discharging begin.
-When the temperature deduced to about 50 degree Celsius, Worker can open the door of the reactor and take steel wire out. The we can start next batch.
