Development of the pyrolysis technology:
With the development of the pyrolysis technology, the raw material of the pyrolysis expands from the waste rubber to waste tyres Also the pyrolysis technology can be used for waste oil, waste engine oil, waste life oil, waste plastics and so on.
The final product of pyrolysis technology is fuel oil, carbon black, steel wire, and oil gas. After the fuel oil refined it will become heavy oil, diesel oil some light oil, after processed they will become diesel. The carbon black can be further processed into some high standard rubber products.
During the process the technology is developing when the temperature reached about 150 degrees Celsius there will be oil generated .Compared with the high temperature pyrolysis the low temperature pyrolysis technology we will generate oil. In this temperature raw material is processed in grain. The quality of oil is better; the oil yield rate is high. The life of the pyrolysis plant is longer than before. Technology improves the safety of the pyrolysis reactor. There will be no toxic gas generated.
The vacuum system will guarantee no oil gas leak .So it is hard to happen accident, as there will be no oil gas leak, during the production, the technology improves the oil yield rate and the quality of the carbon black. The auto-welding technology will guarantee the sealing the reactor. Thus will improve the efficient and improve oil yield rate. With the development of the technology the plant is more environmental friendly, the oil which cannot be condensed will be recycled back to heat the reactor. So there will be no waste oil gas generated at all.
For the air commission the gas discharging reach the country standard.
