Scrap tire pyrolysis equipment is also called scrap tire pyrolysis plant; it is a machine recycles waste tire. Compared with other methods to recycle the scrap tire the final product of the scrap tire pyrolysis equipment is fuel oil and carbon black and some syngas. During the scrap tire pyrolysis process, the scrap tire will be heated to about 500 Celsius in the absence of the Oxygen. In that atmosphere the scrap tires will break down. The large molecules will condensed into oil type fuel the molecules that are too small to condense will be scrubbed and the end product is a gaseous fuel similar to Propane or Natural gas (syngas) then the other left product in the reactor are steel wire and carbon black.The product yields of the Scrap tire pyrolysis equipment are as following: 45-50% heavy oil(can be further refined), 30-35% carbon black(can be made into a coal like fuel), 10-15% steel wire,10%-15% syngas (will be fed back to the the burner to heat the reactor)
Then the pyrolysis technology in domestic now can deal with the oil gas perfectly, the largest output of from the process using tire as the feedstock will be Tire Derived Fuel(TDF) this oil can be burned for certain purposes such as heating oil. The heavy oil can be used in large industrial burners, boilers, such as power stations, steel, cement factory and so on.
